It is my pleasure to highly recommend Salesi Lelaulu as a real estate agent for anyone looking for an ideal home for themselves and any friends, acquaintances, immediate and/or extended family.
My husband, Nigel and I decided to put our house in Papatoetoe on the market late last year and we wanted to use Barfoot & Thompson due to Nigel’s connection due to their sponsorship of his college’s rugby teams (Nigel, being a teacher and rugby coordinator at the college). Salesi was one of two of the B&T real estate agents from the Papatotetoe branch that helped sell our house for an unbelievable and beyond our wildest dreams amount of money, which I hear was a record for our street at the time. He always kept us informed regarding prospective buyers and also reached out to other branches to see if he could muster some interest from their clients, with regards to buying our house. I think it was due to this that our house sold within a very short period of time. Last September/October my wife and I decided to put our family home 17 Alexander Avenue on the market. Due to B and Ts commitment to our local sports we decided to employ the services of Barfoot and Thompson as sole sales representatives.
A day after making our initial request we were visited by Salesi Lelaulu. Salesi immediately made us feel at ease and began the process of marketing our property to the best advantage. Due to a variety of personal reasons the gardens were very much a starting point. I returned home after working at my college one week after the first of our meetings to find Salesi with the assistance of a colleague weeding and clearing a very cluttered section. This was at no cost to us and just an act of good will. Salesi throughout the next month continued to work tirelessly and keep us both informed as to what would be the best time to sell and how best to market our asset.
